2. Pricing & Estimates
- Inspection Charges: A minimal visiting/diagnosis charge may apply if you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
- Final Quote: The final cost of repair, including spare parts and labor, will be shared after the technician inspects the device.
- Prices may vary depending on the TV model, screen size, and nature of the fault.
3. Warranty Policy
- Parts Warranty: Warranty is provided ONLY on replaced parts. The duration of the warranty (typically 30 to 90 days) depends on the specific part used.
- Service Warranty: We provide a service warranty on the specific issue repaired. If a different issue arises later, it will be treated as a new case.
- Warranty is void if the device is opened by an unauthorized person or physically damaged after our service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information regarding the appliance model and issue.
- You must ensure safe access to the premises for our technician.
- Data backup (if applicable for smart TVs) is the customer's responsibility.
5. Delays & Cancellation
- Delays: Service timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to the non-availability of specific spare parts. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
- Cancellation: You may cancel the service request at any time before the technician starts the repair work. Visiting charges may still apply if the technician has already reached your location.
